SHIPPING + RETURNS

  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Since items are produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. But if there is something wrong with your item, please send us an email at the236shop@yahoo.com and we will get it taken care of!!
  • SHIPPING: 

    • Most items are shipped in 2-5 BUSINESS days (excludes weekends/holidays). If any delays occur, we will update this info at the top of our website. 
    • Shipping does NOT include insurance. Once the item has been sent out, it is out of our control. All the information from the tracking number you see, is the same information we see as well. If there are delays, please email us and we will work with our carrier to assist you! 
    • Items shipped may not match carrier selected at checkout. If there are any (cheaper) cost difference, we will refund you the difference.
